In my private therapy practice I work with individuals, couples and groups. I draw upon my training and experience in dramatherapy, creativity and mindfulness to support people in exploring and working through a wide variety of difficulties and challenges, including;

To look at how, in each and every encounter of our daily lives, there is the possibility for change, growth and transformation.
In my therapeutic work I use the therapeutic relationship as a way of reflecting lived experience and growing self-awareness
towards real, lasting personal and interpersonal change.
My current clinical practice in mental health settings includes;
As a clinical supervisor I provide supervision for therapists, both qualified and in training and from a broad range of orientations.
I lecture on the Dramatherapy MA at Royal Central School (University of London) and am engaged in research and writing to explore the relationship between dramatherapy, movement and mindfulness. I am currently the external examiner for City of Bristol College's Creative Arts Therapy FdA.
Each year I run training workshops exploring the application of dramatherapy and mindfulness in diverse contexts; including therapeutic, educational, corporate, social and performance.
I continue to develop my own theatre practice via ongoing projects; performing and directing.
Meditation is an integral element supporting all areas of my practice. I have been involved in the practice, study and teaching of meditation since 1989.
